Porcupine Mountains Music Festival
The Festival made state history in 2005, as the first music festival held in a Michigan State Park. Performers arrive from all over the Country and abroad to bring to the Porkies’ stage a diverse selection of musical styles: Americana, blues, country, bluegrass, rock, folk and more.

Let’s Have Some Winter Fun
This hiking activity will start and finish at RICC park. There will be a
hike leader as well as a hike sweeper making sure the hiking group
stays on trail, stays safe, and stays together.
Saturday night, December 3 rd is a ‘Lantern Lit’ hike. Sunday
December 4 th will be a ‘Seek-n-Find’ hike geared for the kiddo’s or
anyone that would prefer a daylight hike. All kiddos that participate
on Sunday receive a free goodie bag at the end of the hike.
WARMING STATION will be set-up at Tom’s Bait Shack on the
island. Hot coffee, cocoa, and cookies along with a fire-pit. This
will be set-up during both hike days.
NO SNOWSHOES, NO PROBLEM! SNOW BOOTS ARE WELCOME!
