Wildlife is abundant in Ontonagon County.

As you can see below, we do have “gangs” roaming the streets!

Watch for moose on your way to Ontonagon! You may also see an owl, raccoon, porcupine, or crane, among others.

During your visit to Ontonagon, PLEASE remember that these are wild bears, and always keep your distance. Do not feed them!
